condition. In those cases, the

beyond Basic
Staging to make your property more
competitive in your local market.
Most of these improvements are performed
by in-house staff using materials and furnishings from the MEREDITH
DESIGN GROUP'sinventory. However, one or
more affiliates
may be called upon to perform independent contractor services that fall
outside our normal range of expertise. Regardless, we coordinate all
work as the single point of contact to ensure seamless and efficient
service.
Enhanced Staging includes one or more of these tasks:
Improve Exterior
and Landscaping—Remove
or replace overgrown
or unsightly shrubs, trees, and planted areas. Add potted plants and
outdoor furnishings.
Patch and Paint—Patch
cracks, remove wallpaper,
repaint walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
Update Kitchen
and/or Bath Fixtures—Selectively replace faucets and cabinet
hardware.
Revamp Lighting—Remove
and replace dated or damaged
wall fixtures, ceiling lights, lamps, and shades.
